PCB Design
Schematic capture to manufacturing-ready layouts for power electronics and embedded systems.
We design circuit boards that work the first time and yield in production, from microcontroller motherboards to high-power motor controllers. Starting with schematic capture and ending with manufacturing support, we make sure a board is not just functional but manufacturable and reliable. A background in supplier quality engineering at Lockheed Martin brings real insight into what makes a board succeed, or fail, on the line.
Boards designed for the factory, not just the schematic. A supplier-quality background at Lockheed Martin, so your board yields when it hits the line.
Featured Projects
Nvidia Jetson Carrier Board
High-speed carrier board ยท matched-impedance signal integrity
A Jetson compute module is only as good as the board it sits on. Its high-speed interfaces, USB 3, PCIe, and camera lanes, run fast enough that a small impedance mismatch or an unmatched trace length turns clean data into garbage, intermittently, in the way that is hardest to debug.
We designed a custom carrier board with controlled impedance, a careful layer stackup, and length-matched differential pairs, so every high-speed signal arrives clean. The kind of layout where getting the physics right on paper is what makes the board just work on the bench.

Why it is low-risk to hand this to us
A board that does not yield is expensive twice: the respin and the delay. Here is what takes that risk off the table.
๐ก๏ธ Boards that pass in production
Three years at Lockheed Martin in supplier quality, troubleshooting board defects at the factory. We design for the line, not just the schematic.
๐ IPC-A-610 workmanship
Certified to the electronic-assembly standard, so quality is built in from layout to solder joint.
๐ง Schematic to solder, one person
Design, layout, and hand assembly in-house, so there is no handoff gap and no lost intent between steps.
โก Power and high-speed both
From high-current motor-controller boards to matched-impedance high-speed carriers, the hard layout problems are familiar ground.
๐งช Built and tested here
In-house prototyping, rework, and digital-microscope inspection on an ESD-safe bench before a board ever ships.
โฉ๏ธ DFM rescue
A board that will not yield or a design stuck in review is familiar ground. We find why and fix it.
How we work
A clear path from requirements to a manufacturing-ready board, built and verified in-house before it scales.
Requirements and schematic
We capture the schematic from your requirements, or review an existing one, and flag the risky parts early.
Layout and DFM
Multi-layer layout with thermal, EMC, and manufacturability in mind, reviewed for how it will actually be built.
Prototype and assemble
We build the first boards in-house, hand-assemble, and inspect under the microscope to catch issues fast.
Verify and hand off
Bring-up, verification, and manufacturing-ready files (Gerbers, BOM, assembly) delivered for your production run.
Salvatorre is a solutions company. We develop your board, deliver it working and proven, and stay behind it, so you get a result and a long-term partner rather than a one-off drop. Every engagement is scoped and quoted to the work.
What it costs
Rough starting points by board complexity. Every project is scoped and quoted to the work, with the engagement model that fits.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do schematic capture and layout, or just one? +
Both, or either. We can take a board from requirements to manufacturing-ready files, lay out an existing schematic, or review a design you already have.
Do you assemble and test the boards too? +
Yes. Prototyping, hand assembly, rework, and microscope inspection happen in-house on an ESD-safe bench, so the first boards are verified before your production run.
What complexity can you handle? +
From simple 2-layer boards to 6+ layer, high-speed, mixed-signal, and high-current power designs. Matched impedance and thermal management are familiar territory.
Can you help get it manufactured? +
Yes. A Lockheed Martin supplier-quality background means DFM, BOM optimization, and supplier assessment are built into the design, so the board yields when it hits the line.
Can you review or rescue an existing design? +
Yes. Design reviews and getting a board that will not yield back on track are a regular part of the work.
How do you price the work? +
See the tiers above for rough starting points by complexity. Every project gets a firm quote once we scope it, as a fixed-scope engagement.
