Waterproof housing for a battery leak sensor

A battery-powered leak sensor needed a housing that fit the board exactly, kept water out (the whole point of a leak sensor), and still let its humidity and air-quality sensors breathe. A generic box would not do.

We modeled the enclosure in Fusion around the actual PCB, designed a custom gasket, a battery compartment, and threaded fastener bosses, then printed and refined it in-house until the fit and the seal were right. A sibling housing for the spooresVALVE controller followed the same approach. The result: field-ready enclosures that fit the electronics like they were made for them, because they were.
